I had a phenomenal experience at Dentist on Monument! From the moment I walked in, everyone on the staff was transparent, friendly, and incredibly comforting. They made me feel welcomed and at ease throughout the entire process. When I first came in, everything was explained thoroughly while I was in the room with Dr. Osman. I never felt rushed and was encouraged to ask questions. They also offered different treatment plan options to make sure I could complete the entire procedure comfortably and confidently. Ashley was extremely thorough when explaining my insurance benefits and what was covered, which I truly appreciated. Sonia was so patient and gentle during intake, making the experience even more comfortable. Ms. Ahmed, the hygienist, was very personable and continuously checked on me during my deep cleaning to make sure I was doing okay. During my second visit, I met Michelle, who went above and beyond. She had a blanket waiting for me because even though it was 90 degrees outside, the procedure room was a little chilly. She also made sure my clothing stayed clean since I had to return to work afterward by providing a larger bib and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. And finally, Dr. Osman truly is the star of the show. I have never met a more respectful, informative, and attentive doctor. He listened carefully, paid attention to every detail, and genuinely cared about my overall health rather than just the financial aspect. That level of care is rare to find. This entire team is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend Dentist on Monument to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and high-quality dental care!

After many years of dealing with dentists that just wanted to do the bare minimum to work on my teeth. I came across a dentist and staff that took the time to work with me to fix problems that I have endured for 15 years. Every member of this office was extremely helpful and kind. Thanks to them I don’t stress about my teeth and I smile a lot more every day. I highly recommend Dentists on Monument and looking forward to my next visit.

AMAZING! Wonderful Staff, New center, New Patient. My appointment was 1:00, and I was seen AT 1:00! Everyone was super nice, smiling, friendly, warm and respectful. I did my routing annual exam... X-rays, cleaning; but I had a molar that keeps trapping food. They placed a small filling - almost painless. Dr Osman took his time making sure the filling fit without discomfort or rubbing.
