Dr. Osman and the entire staff took amazing care of my grandma, even with her being a little stubborn. She’s been to multiple dental offices before and was never treated kindly or with patience, which made her very hesitant about dental visits. From the moment she came there , the difference was obvious. Dr. Osman and the dental assistant were incredibly caring, understanding, and patient with her. They took their time, explained everything gently, and never made her feel rushed or uncomfortable. It truly meant so much to see my grandma finally feel respected and cared for. The office is clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff genuinely treats patients like family especially seniors. I truly appreciate the compassion and patience they showed her. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who actually cares.

It had been years since I had been to the dentist and I will admit I was nervous but everyone in the office made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Ashley at the front desk greeted me with a big smile and helped me fill out some paperwork. Michelle and Lily helped me relax by talking with me and explaining what they were doing as they took X-rays. Dr. Osman did a wonderful job of explaining what kind of dental work I needed (a cleaning) and how I could also take some steps at home to make sure I continue to have good dental hygiene. I made my follow up appointment and will absolutely be back to continue keeping my teeth in good shape. I won’t say the dentist is my favorite place but this office definitely put any fears I had to rest. I would definitely recommend this dental office!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. I received a same-day crown, and it is honestly the best crown I’ve ever had. I’ve had crowns done before—some of which were unfortunately messed up by my previous dentist (the VA)—so this experience was a huge relief. Dr. Osman is truly wonderful—very skilled, informative, and honestly just a cool dentist who makes you feel comfortable and confident in the care you’re receiving. Lilly, the dental assistant, was incredibly gentle and kind, and Michelle, the assistant, was extremely helpful and amazing throughout the entire visit. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental work and a caring team.
